McDonald Bros. Construction Inc. is currently seeking for a Project Estimator on a permanent basis. The individual will have a minimum of 5 years experience, understand the construction methodologies, scheduling and have excellent communication skills. The successful candidate must possess an Architectural Technology Diploma or an equivalent accredited program.
Your duties will be responding to Institutional, Commercial & Industrial public or invited tender opportunities. Our estimating department is fully digitized and the aptitude to manipulate Excel spreadsheets is mandatory. You will be responsible to solicit sub-trades and suppliers and ensure they carry out their evaluation in accordance with the plans & specifications. You will have access to our current tender portal. This exceptional tool allows the estimator immediate contact with the industry.
